Ready to move your career forward
You want to keep progressing in your career. You might be aiming for a more senior role, looking to grow within your current position, or developing a specific skill to become more effective at work.
You might have a specific vision, but find it harder to make meaningful progress in practice. Or maybe you know you want to grow professionally but aren’t quite sure what the path toward that could look like in concrete terms. Depending on your situation, this might involve developing specific skills, building confidence, learning to navigate challenging situations, or finding ways to maintain your motivation and momentum as you work towards your goals.
Your day-to-day responsibilities often leave little time to focus on your own development. Your organization might not be providing the support or guidance you need to grow, leaving you largely responsible for figuring out your next steps. Maybe that’s what brought you to coaching: a desire to take a more intentional and proactive approach to your own career development.
What might we work on together?
Every coaching partnership is different, and you decide what we focus on. Clients looking to take a more intentional approach to their professional growth often explore topics such as:
Developing your future vision. Exploring your longer-term ambitions, what professional growth means to you, and where you’d like to see yourself in the future.
Identifying your development priorities. Reflecting on your strengths, identifying skills or behaviors you’d like to develop, and deciding where to focus your efforts.
Creating your growth plan. Translating your ambitions into meaningful goals, exploring how to measure success, and identifying concrete actions you want to take.
Developing new skills and approaches. Exploring challenging situations, building confidence, questioning established ways of thinking, and experimenting with different approaches in your work.
Reflecting on progress and learnings. Reviewing your experiences, recognizing what’s working and what isn’t, and using what you’ve learned to adjust your approach.
Maintaining motivation and momentum. Working through obstacles and setbacks, finding ways to stay committed to your goals, and making time for your development alongside everyday responsibilities.
Some sessions might focus on clarifying your longer-term ambitions or deciding what to prioritize. Others could involve preparing for an important conversation, working through a challenge at work, or reflecting on something you’ve tried and what you’d like to do differently next time.
Explore coaching with me
Before running my own coaching business, I built my career across different countries, industries, and roles, including strategy consulting, business operations, and various leadership positions. I’ve also hired, trained and led teams, and coached and mentored a diverse group of professionals working towards their career goals. These experiences have given me a firsthand understanding of the opportunities and challenges involved in professional growth.
I’ve completed an ICF-accredited coach education program, and coached clients pursuing different forms of professional growth, from developing new skills and building confidence to taking more intentional steps towards their ambitions. I bring this experience to our coaching partnership, offering a confidential space to explore your goals, reflect on your experiences, and make progress over time.
